Biography:
Growing up at the New Jersey Shore and Cape Cod I have been fortunate to develop and cultivate a strong passion for the marine environment and its inhabitants. When I moved to Boston to attend college I happily accepted a job at the New England Aquarium and quickly found myself asking the inevitable question why I was pursuing a degree in business administration. For many years thereafter I worked as a dive instructor and dive shop manager, spending countless hours underwater around the wrecks off the coast of New York and New Jersey, the cave systems of Florida, and in other exotic locations around the world.
While it gave me the opportunity to pick up some serious diving skills it did not allow me to tell a story to those who can’t visit these extraordinary places. I therefore transitioned into underwater cinematography and photography and for the past 18 years have been capturing wildlife on film for documentaries and nature shows while also working on feature films, commercials, and music videos to support myself.
